We have negotiated substantial savings on our property taxes with the cooperation of the City of Peekskill. These savings will be passed on to our tenants. Fixed taxes for the first twenty years means you know from day one what tax increases will be. Through a public-private partnership with the local municipality and its authorities, we have negotiated payments in lieu of taxes. This PILOT program fixes our expense for the first twenty years of operation.
